IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

When your payment is received, we will send you login details to access the on-line assessment platform to enable you to begin your certification.

You will have six months to complete your assessment before your account is deleted. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if this happens so, please do not apply until you think you are ready for the assessment.

Second chances:

If you have failed on your first attempt, don’t worry, you will have two working days to make any adjustments that are needed and your Assessor will review it a second time, without extra charge.

Please note – there are occasions where you will be required to pay the assessment fee again. These are:

  • If you fail on your second attempt and wish to submit a third time.
  • You take longer than two working days to re-submit your answers.
