Schedule 7 – Trade Marks, Certification Marks and Branding Guidelines (A-G) (Cyber Essentials CB)

The CB shall comply with the obligations set out in this Schedule.

Part A1 – Cyber Essentials Scheme Logo

1 Cyber Essentials Scheme Logo

1.1 Permitted Activities:

The Cyber Essentials Supplier shall be entitled to use the Cyber Essentials Scheme Logo, in relation to:

(a) any activities relating to the promotion of the Cyber Essentials Scheme;

(b) the performance of any Certification Services

provided always that such use shall be strictly in accordance with the Branding Guidelines referred to in clause 1.2.

1.2 Branding Guidelines

Appendix A to this Schedule 7 (Trade Marks and Certification Marks) sets out the branding guidelines for the Cyber Essentials Scheme Logo as at the Effective Date.

Part A2 – Cyber Essentials Plus Scheme Logo

1.1 Permitted Activities:

The Cyber Essentials Supplier shall be entitled to use the Cyber Essentials Plus Scheme Logo, in relation to:

(a) any activities relating to the promotion of the Cyber Essentials Plus Aspect of the Scheme;

(b) the performance of any Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Services

provided always that such use shall be strictly in accordance with the Branding Guidelines referred to in clause 1.2.

Appendix A to this Schedule 7 (Trade Marks and Certification Marks) sets out the branding guidelines for the Cyber Essentials Plus Scheme Logo as at the Effective Date.

Part B – Assessor and Certification Body Badges

2 Assessor and Certification Body Badges

2.1 Permitted Activities:

The Cyber Essentials CB and Assessor may use the relevant Assessor and Certification Body Badge, in relation to:

(a) Indicating that they are a Certification Body or Assessor as appropriate;

provided always that such use shall be strictly in accordance with the Branding Guidelines referred to in clause 2.2.

Appendix B to this Schedule 7 (Trade Marks and Certification Marks) sets out the branding guidelines for the Certification Body and Assessor Badges

Part C – Cyber Essentials Certification Mark

3 Cyber Essentials Certification Mark

3.1 Branding Guidelines

Appendix C to this Schedule 7 (Trade Marks and Certification Marks) sets out the branding guidelines for the Cyber Essentials Certification Mark as at the Effective Date.

Part D – Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Mark

4 Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Mark

4.1 Branding Guidelines

Appendix D to this Schedule 7 (Trade Marks and Certification Marks) sets out the branding guidelines for the Cyber Essentials Plus Certification Mark as at the Effective Date.

PART E – IASME LOGO

5 IASME Consortium Logo

5.1 Permitted Activities:

The Cyber Essentials Supplier shall be entitled to use the Cyber Essentials Scheme Logo, in relation to:

(a) any activities relating to the promotion of the Cyber Essentials Scheme;

provided always that such use shall be strictly in accordance with the Branding Guidelines referred to in clause 5.2.

Appendix E to this Schedule 7 (Trade Marks and Certification Marks) sets out the branding guidelines for the Cyber Essentials Scheme Logo as at the Effective Date.
