Certification Body Requirements.

All Certification Bodies will also need to meet both security and quality requirements. They can do this by holding one of the following security qualifications:

• Achieving UKAS accredited ISO 27001 certification
• Achieving IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1 and Level 2 certifications

And they will need one of these quality certifications:

• Achieving UKAS accredited ISO 9001 certification
• Achieving the IASME Cyber Assurance Quality Principles alongside part of a successful IASME Cyber Assurance Level 1 and Level 2 certifications
• Achieving a QG Quality Fundamentals+ certification

The Certification Body will also need to hold and maintain whatever certifications they are delivering.

In order to become a Certification Body for IoT, candidate companies must retain at least one IoT assessor at all times in order to retain their status as an IoT Certification Body.

You will need to achieve one of the following qualifications.

• Be an existing IASME Cyber Assurance assessor.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• ISACA - Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA)
• NCSC CCP – SIRA or IA Auditor – Senior Practitioner

You will be provided with available course dates and booking form. Once you have successfully completed the Assessor training, and your company has met the Certification Body requirements, you will be onboarded and granted access to IASME assessor systems to be able to start certifications.
